Run the core calculations behind an ELISA validation report: precision (intra-/inter-assay %CV), accuracy (spike-recovery), linearity of dilution, and LOD/LOQ.

Precision (intra- & inter-assay %CV)

Enter each run as a row of replicate values (triplicate by default). Intra-assay %CV is averaged across runs; inter-assay %CV measures variability between run means.

Enter blank replicate signal (OD) values. LOD = mean + 3×SD, LOQ = mean + 10×SD. Optionally supply the standard curve slope/intercept to also convert to concentration units.
