Antibodies: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19, 2019-nCoV) Spike protein was coated at dilutions ranging from 2000ng/m1 to 15ng/m1(S2) PBS. After blocking and washing, ab-131-294-HRP was incubated on the plate at 1ug/ml for 1 hour at room temperature. After a final wash, TMB was added for 10 minutes and stopped by the addition of 0.2M sulphuric acid. OD450 was measured
